An adaptive 3D virtual learning environment for training software developers in scrum

Scrum is one of the most used frameworks for agile software development because its potential improvements in productivity, quality, and client satisfaction. Academia has also focussed on teaching practices to prepare students face common engineering challenges facilitate their insertion professional contexts. Furthermore, advances learning technologies currently offer many virtual environments enhance ways. Their capability consider individual learner preferences led a shift more personalised training approaches, requiring that adapt themselves learner. We propose an adaptive approach developers Scrum, including environment based Felder's style theory.
